Caring instructions
Our Terry Products in The Madison Collection are made of 100% long fiber cotton, pre-washed and pre-shrunk to expand the resistance, softness and absorption. To obtain the maximum durability and to maintain the "newness" of the product please follow these washing instructions:
Colours
- Do not mix colours
- Do not soak
- Do not use chlorine based products. It will alter colour
- Do not use softener in excess. It will reduce the absorption capacity of the fabric. Use anionic softener in moderation
- When washing keep the temperature of the water below 140ºF. However the fabric can withhold the temperature up to 190ºF.
- To remove minor stains use Benzene.
- When ironing keep temperature below 140ºF. However the fabric can withhold the temperature up to 190ºF.

- Tumble dry low heat. However the fabric can withhold the temperature up to 190ºF.

- Dry clean only MOHAIR
- Mohair is easy to wash because it does not felt or shrink like wool. In normal circumstaces the most regulary required care will be brushing the pile (the fluff) with a stiff hairbrush. Depending on how you use it your blanket/throw will require washing periodically. This too is very simple. Handwash in tepid water with a small amount of detergent or soap powder. Do not rub or agitate unduly, if possible let the dirt soak out. Drain, and then rinse in clean cold water. Rinse a second time in tepid water, and add a small amount of fabric softener for superior results, drain and hang up to dry (because mohair has a different structure to wool, you will find it dries quite quickly) followed by a brisk brush to fluff it up.

Return policy
The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Refunds for items returned within seven days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment. A 25% restocking fee will be charged. Please include a copy of the invoice along with the merchandise stating if you either wish to exchange or if you want to be credited. Please ship by any common carrier, including insurance. The Madison Collection will not be responsible for any loss or damage of returning merchandise.
